Artwork Specifics
Painting size refers to the artwork size not including mat or frame.
Some artworks have a frame available for purchase as specified in the artwork description.
Shipping
Processing time:
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Average processing time is 3 to 10 working days.
Packing:
Paintings on paper will include the mat with a backboard ready for framing. These will ship flat in between cardboard or in a box. Canvas paintings will ship in a box.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Conditions of returns or exchanges
- Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
